Calypso Diving Centre has been running since 1985, always with an enthusiasm to show our guests the beautiful underwater world of the Maltese islands. We can proudly say our dive centre has been one of the first professional scuba diving services offered in Gozo. Diving in Malta and Gozo has become very popular since then for many good reasons!
​As a PADI as well as SSI Dive Center we offer introductory dives & dive training from Open Water Diver up to Divemaster, as well as a wide choice of specialty courses such as Wreck Diving, Deep Diving and many more.

Daily dives from land and by boat will bring you to the best dive sites in Gozo and Comino.
Our experienced scuba diving instructors are looking forward to show you sites such as the Blue Hole or Inland Sea!
One of our special features certainly is that we offer Nitrox for free to all our appropriately qualified dive guests.
Modern dive equipment for rent, professionally maintained on a regular basis and available in many different sizes completes our portfolio.
The dive shop right at Marsalforn's promenade provides a full range of diving equipment on sale from Mares, Scubapro, Apeks, Cressi, Suunto, Beuchat, just to name a few.

The Maltese islands in the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea consist of three islands - the main island Malta, Gozo in the North and the small island Comino in the middle. Diving in Gozo has a lot to offer:
whether you want to dive the Blue Hole and enjoy some beautiful reefs and exciting cave diving, or are looking for wreck diving, for example at the Karwela, there is many great dive sites to discover in Malta!
When diving with Calypso your safety and your interests are our absolute priority.

UNACCOMPANIED DIVING
Rental of cylinders and weights
If you are qualified at least as PADI AOWD, SSI Adventure Diver, CMAS**, BSAC Sports Diver or equivalent, you have the possibility to discover the diving in Malta entirely on you own account without a guide.
You just rent cylinders, weights and any other dive equipment needed from us, and do your own thing!
Please note that a rental car, best 4x4, is needed for independent diving. Rental vehicles are available through us.
